Since 2010 Bryan has overseen the development and implantation of the workplace redesign program of PwC’s 90+ U.S. offices accounting for 6.6M Sq. ft. The redesign began with 18 months of observational studies, focus groups, leadership interviews, and prototyping. PwC’s design philosophy is to design with, not for, the partners and staff of today and tomorrow.
Bryan uses both analytical and creative skills to guide others to develop novel solutions to address the complex problems faced by a rapidly changing workforce. He has a passion for observation and listening to understand other's viewpoints in order to discover the unnamed challenge that actually need to be addressed. When it comes to workplace design Bryan focuses first on the experience PwC delivers to clients and staff and ensures that they physical and digital environment in PwC reflects the firm’s purpose and values.
Bryan has degrees in Communications and Organizational Phycology. He been with PwC for 19 years.
