Diane specializes in workplace strategy, change management, corporate real estate, facility management, project management, vendor management, procurement and move management. With over 25 years in her field, Diane has a reputation for delivering workplace change projects that align to the business strategy to achieve cost savings, enhance employee engagement, increase productivity and employee attraction and retention.
Diane spearheaded an innovative workplace strategy called the AWESOME project that was written up in Business Week, Return on Performance Magazine and other publications and won the 2009 IFMA George Graves Facility Management Achievement Award, the 2009 CoreNet Southern California REmmy for "Workplace Innovation" and was named a Southern California Real Estate Journal "Woman of Influence." Diane is the co-founder of the IFMA Foundation Workplace Strategy Research Summits held at Cornell University and Wokefield Park, London. She is co-founder and Senior Advisor of the IFMA Workplace Evolutionaries (WE) Community.
Diane is the editor with Nancy Johnson-Sanquist and co-author of "Work on the Move: Driving Strategy and Change in Workplaces" and co-author of "Cut it Out: Save for Today, Build for Tomorrow." She is a contributing author to Facility Management Journal (FMJ) and is a featured columnist on the topics of workplace strategy and change management at FMLink.com. Diane is a member of the IFMA Board of Directors and Past Chair of the IFMA Foundation. Diane holds a Masters in Real Estate designation from CoreNet, a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Music.
